Five artists/illustrators/friends united their forces and put their spirit into one dear project called VATRAcollective. Located in the center of Bucharest, on 44Calderon Str, the hearth of our venture is not only our workspace, but also a place where we exhibit our and others' creations, be they original artworks, prints or other kind of goodies, we organize various activities like workshops, drawing jams, movie projections, or simply meet and hang out in an open atelier atmosphere.

The collective was founded in the autumn of 2011, focusing on lowbrow painting, illustration, street art, resin toys, limited edition prints, comics, etc.
